THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GRAVEL RACE IN AMERICAHelp us spread the word about Rebecca's Private Idaho, and the Be Good Foundation.

QUICK FACTS:
Rebecca's Private Idaho (RPI) is the namesake event of professional endurance athlete Rebecca Rusch.

RPI was established in 2013.

RPI Was the first gravel race in America to feature multiple stages.

RPI Supports the Be Good Foundation.

RPI is a Bike Monkey production.

WHAT MAKES RPI DIFFERENT?

Rebecca's Private Idaho is one of just five current namesake rides in North America named after current or former professional athletes. Three of these events in North America belong to Bike Monkey--the only race organizer in the United States specializing in this event format. The very first ever namesake ride in North America is Levi's GranFondo, established in 2009 after which Rebecca's Private Idaho was modeled.

Bike Monkey's namesake model is extremely selective. These events are distinguished in that they must be a single event, designed around an athlete's homeland: a geographical place where the land, culture, climate and roads were a crucial part in the athlete's development as a competitor, and person. They are born from the desire to share what's special about their place of origin as an athlete with the rest of the world, and in this way are not possible to replicate, or move.

Rebecca's Private Idaho is an ORIGINAL!

RPI is the longest running gravel bike race in Idaho state history, and a contributor to the gravel scene in the United States today.

ADVENTURE

How much Idaho do you want?

Because @rebeccasprivateidaho is serving up a whole lot more of it in 2026.

RPI returns to Sun Valley September 9–12 for four days built around big rides, wild places, good people, and the kind of stories that only seem to happen when you put a bunch of cyclists together in the mountains.

And this year there's a new adventure on the menu.

The Fully Loaded Baked Potato dishes up 118 miles of central Idaho, including the legendary Copper Basin loop, for riders hungry for one very big day on the bike.

Want more? Take on the Queen Stage Race and turn RPI into a multi-day adventure.

Not looking to go quite that deep into the pain cave? Saturday's main event offers four different routes, so you can choose the adventure that fits your legs and your appetite.

But the miles are only part of it.

RPI is the people you meet on course, the stories swapped afterward, the wild Idaho places you didn't know existed, and a community that believes bikes can be a force for good.

Come for the gravel. Stay for the people, the purpose, and the place.
