Registration is already open for 2025!

Through it all, we persevered.

We didn't have much of a choice but to punch above our weight class last week as the Wapiti fire grew in size, and sent smoke south into Ketchum and Sun Valley. Many of you didn't have an opportunity to experience the grandeur of the Boulder Mountains as a result of having to cancel stage 1 due to unhealthy air quality. As heartbreaking as it was, this was the right decision. Fortunately, the ensuing days shined, and RPI 2024 became the best experience in our 12-year history.

Fires

Today, the Wapiti fire continues to burn, as does a new fire toward the south near Bellevue. These massive, rapidly expanding wildfires are taking a toll on our communities in Idaho's mountainous regions. If you would like to contribute to the efforts to combat them, please consider turning some attention toward the Stanley Volunteer Fire Department. They could use some help protecting these places we love and enjoy.

Many Thanks

An event of such scale and duration as RPI doesn't come anywhere close to the finish line without the hard work and dedication of countless volunteers providing support for a big spectrum of work. In order to do this event in such remote places, we rely on volunteer amateur radio operators, first responders, SAG drivers, motos, mechanics, and people willing to drive rented box vans into the forest completely loaded with aid station supplies, and water which by the way is pretty heavy stuff.

So thank you to everyone who helped us deliver the best one yet. 2024 won't be forgotten.

Results

Whether you were in it to win it or out for the scenery, we captured your finish times, which you can see right here on our results page. In fact, every single year of results for Rebecca's Private Idaho are listed here. So go ahead and Geek out!

Survey

After every Bike Monkey event, we conduct a survey of our participants to get a better understanding of how we did. From the inside looking out it might seem one way, but from the outside in, where you stand it might look another. Ultimately, this is your Private Idaho, so please help us better craft and tune the experience to better serve you. Complete the survey!

Merchandise

We've still got some commemorative t-shirts, and a few water bottles left in the store, so if you'd like to get your hands on any of what's left over, head on over to our online store.

You were so good to Be Good!

Because of your generosity, and participation in the Be Good fundraising activities we were able to exceed our goal, and raise more than $71,000 for Be Good Foundation!!
